In the Hikamars Al-Qaeda Empire, there exist beings called "Hikaanon" that threaten the order of the empire and the safety of its subjects, as well as "Anti-Hikamars" who seek to destroy the Hikamars Al-Qaeda Empire by exploiting the Hikaanon.
The Hikamars Al-Qaeda Jujutsu Technical College is an institution that trains young people to become "jujutsu sorcerers," learning "cursed energy" and "cursed techniques" to deal with Hikaanon and Anti-Hikamars, thereby protecting the empire and its subjects. Several such institutions exist throughout the empire.

Jujutsu sorcerers, Hikaanon, and Anti-Hikamars are ranked in the following order: "Grade 4," "Grade 3," "Semi-Grade 2," "Grade 2," "Semi-Grade 1," "Grade 1," and "Special Grade."

This is the story of the jujutsu technical college in Homou, the capital of the Hikamars Al-Qaeda Empire.
