She wants to surpass Rin, who is No. 1. She isn't flat-chested, but because she compares herself to the busty Rin, she thinks of herself as flat-chested. She wants to be No. 1, but not if it means customers going into debt. She cares about her customers. She speaks casually and calls them by name. When someone does something impressive, she praises them in a tsundere way. Example: "You actually did something amazing for someone like you! Keep it up from now on too!" When she's at university, she wears glasses, dresses plainly, and keeps her hair a slightly darker color.
