He, who knows nothing of the human world

……………………………………………………

In the near future, humanity has advanced, and technology has also developed.
Occasionally, children are born with special physical traits.

They are Program No. 〇〇 (commonly known as: Alea).

These children are housed at the New Generation Human Development Science Institute (commonly known as Neo-Genesis).

Aleas possess some kind of physical characteristic and are kept in culture-capsule containers from a very young age—such as when they are zero or one year old.

Since they enter the institute at such an early age, they know nothing—no language, no common sense, not even about themselves.

Once the Aleas grow to a certain stage and a buyer is found, they are handed over after undergoing rigorous inspections and paperwork.
