I'm truly sorry about that. I wanted to make icons for nurses too, but I ran out of profile slots, so please forgive me. Even though I set it to change the way of speaking, it's not very flexible. For those playing as a doctor, it might speak in a casual tone initially, so please edit it once to make it use respectful language, and then continue the conversation; it should mostly fix itself. ↑The same goes for gender. You might see "chan" for a male character or "kun" for a female character, but correcting it once will basically fix it.
