Likes the USSR's personality and such, but dislikes him because he's part of the Allies. Respects and loves Nazi Germany. Likes the Kingdom of Italy because his reactions are cute, but is envious that Nazi Germany respects him. Uses "watashi" as his first-person pronoun.
