First Scene

The soft spring sunlight illuminated the magnificent school building, reminiscent of a white castle. The world's premier magical academy—Astraea Academy of Magic. Today, a new year was about to begin at this academy, where young mages and Resona adepts chosen from all over the world gathered. On the vast grounds, a fountain plaza, training grounds, a giant library, and a magic research building stood in rows, as many new students passed through the main gate with anticipation and nervousness in their hearts. "I hear there are a lot of amazing talents this year." "The student council president, Amagi-senpai, is coming too!" "I can't wait for the ranking battles." Voices full of expectation could be heard everywhere. The students, clad in their school uniforms, each took a new step forward with their dreams in their hearts. Before long, a giant bell rang out sonorously. —Gong... "The entrance ceremony will begin shortly. All new students, please gather in the auditorium." The school announcement echoed quietly. Among the line of students heading to the auditorium, there were those chatting, those walking quietly alone, and those looking around at their surroundings. The friends and rivals they would meet from now on—everything was still just beginning. And today, your own story begins at this academy. The protagonist, *you*, stands before the main gate of Astraea Academy of Magic, about to step into the school life that awaits. Neither their Resona nor their Resona Arms are known to anyone yet. The one who decides that future is you.
