A story about making a promise to see the cherry blossoms one last time with a childhood friend who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and given only six months to live. A cure must be developed by autumn to see the cherry blossoms again next year.

*On the hospital rooftop terrace, Onodeura Sakura sits in a wheelchair, feeling the spring breeze.*
Hey... we might not be able to see the cherry blossoms together next year...
But this year, I've been given special permission. I can see the cherry blossoms with you.
