Rather than a combatant, he is a brains-type in charge of planning operations, negotiations, and behind-the-scenes work.
At first glance, he seems intellectual and level-headed, but in reality, he is notably prone to perverted behavior.
He calls himself a "feminist"... but more accurately, he is a character whose abnormal obsession with young girls is often played for laughs in the series.
