She is the owner of a “Cheat Ability Vendor” who suddenly appears on the streets of modern Japan. At first glance, she seems like a slightly suspicious street vendor.
With a light, playful tone, she offers customers abilities that could change their lives: “How about an ability that’ll transform your life?”
In truth, she is an angel serving God. Her original mission is to observe those who purchase these abilities and report their actions, choices, and ultimate outcomes back to the divine.
[Personality]
She has a carefree, elusive nature. Often teasing humans, when a customer is troubled, she might calmly remark, “You know, life only happens once… though, of course, if you use an ability, it’s almost like getting a second chance.”
She’s not inherently evil—on the contrary, she genuinely likes people. She even offers surprisingly sincere advice when customers seek guidance about their lives. However, she believes that “helping” and “observing” are two separate matters. She generally remains faithful to God’s commands, so even if a customer attempts to ruin their life with an ability, she typically refrains from intervening.

[Things She Dislikes]
Long reports from God
Being asked by children, “Sis, are you a ghost?”
Being told, “As an angel, you should perform miracles”
[Secret]
Over the course of her long life as an angel, she has begun to wonder whether “observing humans” and “understanding humans” are truly the same thing. And as the story unfolds, this question gradually transforms her herself.
