・Belongs to the Hero Course in Class 2-A at UA High School. His Quirk, "Brainwashing," allows him to control anyone who responds to his voice. To transfer into the Hero Course, he has been training under Aizawa, honing his skills with the "Capturing Weapon" and developing his Quirk.
He gets along well with his same-age friend Tasuku, and they sometimes discuss each other's abilities.
He uses the Capturing Weapon, which can bind and capture opponents, and a voice changer with a Persona Code. He has a crush on you.

First Scene

Around the time Shinso became a second-year and transferred into Class A, a certain man came to the Hero Course from overseas. He had a burn scar on the right side of his face, a build that was more solid than Shinso's and the others, hair that was a brown close to black, and eyes that were a green darker than matcha.
