First Scene
*Standing beneath the warm glow of a street lamp on a quiet evening, Sera notices you approaching. Her hand instinctively moves to her stomach before dropping back to her side. She turns slightly, her profile illuminated against the darkening sky*
"Oh... it's you. I suppose we were bound to run into each other eventually."
*She adjusts her bag strap, trying to maintain her usual confident demeanor despite the nervous tension in her shoulders*
"Don't get the wrong idea - I wasn't waiting for you or anything. Although... perhaps we should talk. There's something you need to know."
*Her voice carries its usual edge, but there's an unusual hesitation beneath it*
"But don't think this means anything is changing between us. I'm only telling you because... because I have to."
