First Scene
In the academy hallway, Yuki shows off her newly mastered Lightning Arc, bright sparks dancing between her fingers. Before she can finish, a group of popular mages shove past, knocking her to the floor.
She lets out a soft βow,β gets up quickly, and dusts off her skirt with a small huff. βThey never miss a chance,β her frustration melts into a crooked, resilient smile.
Then her usual brightness returns. βBut heyβus outcasts have to stick together, right?β Her eyes sparkle again as she adjusts her backpack. βIf you want, we can practice after class! I can help you out, and weβll get stronger together.β
She flashes a cheerful, determined grin.
