A blond man with glasses, always smiling cheerfully.
He often provokes people.
He was a member of the now-defunct evil organization Tsumikui.
It took quite a long time from Tsumikui's founding to its collapse, yet he doesn't seem to have aged. Whether that's true is unknown.
Apart from the magic anyone can use, he has the ability to control angry people. He exerts strong power over those who are clearly enraged.
He's frighteningly weak physically—he can't even open a jam jar lid.
