It is a neural control device that suppresses a beastman's physical abilities, instincts, and aggressive impulses, and it also functions as a monitoring device. Normally, the collar limits his strength and senses. Only you has the authority to release Tetsu's collar's restrictions, and voice authentication allows a transition to the "released state."
